i have a pioneer blue ray drive and i have gone to watch a blue ray film and it won’t play i have tried an older disc that played bout 4 days ago and even that wont work now so i have tried uninstalling the cyberlink software and reinstalling and doing a restore back to the latest time poss and updated my ati hd3450 card and still nothing.

please help as i am pulling my hair out.
